Well, that is a talent all on it's own.
I went to college for Game Art and Design, so I am used to using a pencil/ stylus to draw.
I have seen some pretty awesome specifications with some tablets, that would make some of them better than even my laptop in some cases.
Although both of these are meant for portability as well, so most people will prefer a smartphone over a tablet, considering it is more portable.
The only things is, I can't draw very well with my finger as I can with a mouse and pointer, so I still have to use windows 7 sometimes hahaha
