I'm interested in discussing the intersection of AI and Machine Learning with embedded software development. With the advancements in technology and the rise of the Internet of Things (IoT), AI and Machine Learning are becoming more integrated into embedded systems.

    Just to take your first question:

    1. What are some examples of AI and Machine Learning being used in embedded systems?

    There are likely thousands of Google hits on examples of AI/ML being used in embedded devices so you may have already googled it, but you're already typing in a group which is full of examples. so you already have examples.

    It could help to hear your opinions on the topics you raise, so that people don't feel they need to write essay-length to do any of these topics justification.

  • Using AI & ML to do embedded SW development , like using AI to create new art based from the work of previous artists ?  Discussion on points 1 & 3 are available on the web. Point 2  needs alot of data collected and a reference point on what is the efficiency metric really is - power consumption, idle time , time available for collecting real time data, data exchange rate between layered devices ?  

  • As others have stated, these are incredibly broad and open ended questions.

    Before you can proceed you need to establish the boundaries in which you want to work with these technologies and then define the requirements for a particular implementation.
