Can Raspberry Pi be used in Windows Mixed Reality (MR) applications?

Mixed Reality occupies the middle ground between Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). Users place MR headsets on their heads for added visual and non-visual sensory elements. Do you think MR will catch on and become mainstream?

It would appear the poll options changed after the votes were cast??

It depends on what software is being used to generate the MR. It is unlikely at this time that such software would run on both platforms.
Maybe you could ship the MR video to a Pi via Ethernet to be displayed, but the PC would still be needed.
