hi i have a question here...what is the difference between MOC3052-without zero crossing circuit and MOC3081-MMOC3081-M with zero crossing circuit? can i replace MOC3052 to MOC3081?

It depends on application. MOC3081-M MOC3081-M is intended for on/off switching of load and MOC3052 can also be used for e.g. dimming. MOC3081 with zero crossing circuit switches on when voltage is rising…

There is another type of MOC30xx who works exactly like MOC3052 but has higher maximum working voltage (e.g. 800 V instead of 600 V ?)

There is another type of MOC30xx who works exactly like MOC3052 but has higher maximum working voltage (e.g. 800 V instead of 600 V ?)
