That's a really nice module. I used MeanWell constant voltage modules (LPF) that for home lighting in my office. The voltage is dead-accurate (the one I tested was within 0.05V!) for long LED life, and there's no flicker, so it doesn't mess with camera either.

A led tul nagy hogh it betenni a E27 lámpaban.
(The LED is to big for a E27 globe lamp.)
Es lehet as elektronik modul nagyon drága less.
(The electronic module can be very expensive.)

I think you are asking for the moon here !
The highest power E27 LED bulbs you can buy (easily) are rated at 10W.
You are not going to make a 42W part easily or simply.
You might manage it with a fan built in but it wont be small or look much like a bulb.
Just buy one of those cheapo LED floodlights and wire it up with a cable to E27 adaptor.
