How control many servos?

Geek-Zard93

I have an Idea inspired in the kinetic sculptures and the art installation Reflection made by Adam Cigler, Petr Vacek and Prusalab, my idea is like a clock using many hexagonal mirrors where each hexagonal is pull out by a servo so I would like know the different ways to control many servomotors, as brain I've though to use an ESP32, how should I start I would like to design my own board that brings all elements necessary to this project, could you suggest me how to create a properly PCB?.

The product link is to the american store, which won't work for UK because there's no equivalent UK product code.
    It was to this:
    https://www.newark.com/adafruit/815/silicon-manufacturer/dp/42X3730

Which isn't stocked at Farnell UK, but there're products that use the chip:

It worked for me in the US but I get the same thing sometimes when people link Farnell.   I've tried using the product code for Newark and the E14 insert product link function below:

    Adafruit Servo Driver

It can also be seen at the Adafruit site.

When I try to order a part that is not in stock at Newark, it seems to do a good job of finding it at Farnell or Avnet, so somewhere the product codes seem to have links.
