Hello every body
I have one problem with my solder station Multicomp MP740068, some time I have a message E-6 Voltage EXCP and it stops to warm, if I wait 10 minutes it reworks correctly but some time not at all, what's appened?

I am not an expert. Your symptoms sound like what I was taught to call "thermal runaway". A component heats up and causes the system to malfunction. Once it cools down, you can try again. I see that your station is electronic. You could open it up and look for poor solder joints (ironic) or connections but it's more likely to be a diode, transistor or capacitor. Without a thermal imager, finding the component will be challenging. I strongly advise against using your finger - even after you unplug the unit - as finding the component will be a painful experience. If you have some old cash register receipts still laying about, some of those were thermal transfer paper. You might try that. Good luck and be careful of mains voltages.
