These seem to be tranceivers. Is there one amongst them that offers conversion to RS232 or SPI?

Seeed and Sparkfun do CAN-BUS shields which would allow you to go from SPI to  RS-232RS-232 using an Arduino etc

"The MCP2515 is a second generation stand-alone CAN controller. It is pin and function compatible with the MCP2510 and also includes upgraded features like faster throughput, databyte filtering, and support for time-triggered protocols."

MCP2515 - Interface- Controller Area Network (CAN)

    • 18-pin package
    • Simple SPI interface to any MCU
    • One-shot mode ensures message transmission is attempted only once
    • Databyte filtering
    • Start-of-Frame (SOF) output

Here is a low-cost card with CANBUS to SPI implemented:

I have one of these USB-to-CANBUS .... they work well:

    Hi,

I am basically interested in your CANBUS to SPI board. I am looking for this product, but finally ended up with SPI to CAN only.

Please let me know, would you be interested in selling this board.
