I am looking for low-cost CAN bus to RS232 or SPI converter. Do you have any suggestions?

These seem to be tranceivers. Is there one amongst them that offers conversion to RS232 or SPI?

Seeed and Sparkfun do CAN-BUS shields which would allow you to go from SPI to RS-232RS-232 using an Arduino etc
