CC3200 ssl demo without loading CA into SFLASH

Hi,

I am working on CC3200 and trying to connect to webserver securely (SSL). I have followed the guide lines at

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC32xx_SSL_Demo_Application

and was able to connect to google server successfully.

But now my requirement is not to preload the CA certificate on to SFLASH but still I need to connect to the web server.

Can some one let me know some example or procedure how to connect to webserver without preloading the CA certificate

on to flash since in run time I should be able to connect to the server dynamically.

Thanks in advance

Regards,

Pavan

Understand that the CA is gathered and saved before access is given to SSL! As to where to store, do you have other storage? Most just use the flash for expedience. Here is another example for Tomcat which sets up a keystore to save the CA's in. http://techtracer.com/2007/09/12/setting-up-ssl-on-tomcat-in-3-easy-steps/ Your problem is can your software support Java and Keystore? If not, they shortcut and store it ahead of time. Sometimes MCU do not have the space or CPU power for the dynamic solution you desire.
