Yes, as you can se on the photo in top of the page, 6 of the Wirewound resistor are 0.33ohm the other 2 are 10 ohm. I have now updated bouth photos showing component description so it is not misleading
Do they measure correct, they do burn out. If the output transistors have gone at some point it can take them with it. I have a TD150 where they had gone and it still worked but didn't sound quite right

It is very hard to find 630v for the 4700pF, but I should be able to use 250v for the 4700pF and 0.01uF as you have. I assume they are replaced earlier on mine.
