protective film removing

hi all ,

im from PCB manufacturing company.

any idea on how to removing the protective film inner layer.image

i need the better tool as of now we are using pen knife manual peel off the mylar( protective film)

act we are planning to automate the process by automation.

other method then mylar peeling machine.

    If you are from a PCB manufacturing company then your investment in equipment for your production line(s) will be significant. It might be better in the long run to employ a consultant to properly design and set up your line(s) and define your production processes for you rather than seeking ad-hoc suggestions online. It'll probably work out cheaper in the long run as things will likely be more reliable.
