Help making a flow bench manometer processor

On my down time I like to machine cylinder heads and I'm starting to venture into flow testing of the ports. I don't want a water level manometer but a digital flow rate processor that I can run on raspberry pi with a stand alone laptop monitor. only problem is I don't know where to start, again I'm new to this and instead of spending $600 on a unit I think it would be fun to build my own. here is a link to a similar product.Flow Performance | Flow Performance Flow Bench | Data Acquisition | FP1

    You will need a differential pressure sensor. A module like this costs about $40.

    The sensor chip without the PCB costs about $10.

    This sensor outputs a voltage so you will also need to connect it to a 16 bit A/D converter module that in turn connects to your RPi or arduino. The A/D module will only cost a few $.

    The parts are not too expensive, but you will then need to put them in a box and write some software.
