I'm trying to start a LABview project to control a TEK TBS2000 scope.
I've done this before for a RIGOL DS1052e - this is a scope that presents itself as a COM port with known BAUD rate, ...
The TBS2000 shows as a test instrument, and I can select it in LABvie as a VI device.
However, I don't succeed in sending and receiving data. I tried a simple *IDN? and comms fail (generic error: machine doesn't understand command or communication error)..
I've downloaded NI's example for TBS1000-2000 family and they give the same errors.
Anyone with an example?
I know the TBS2000 works, because when I use the RIGOL SCPI command tool, I can select it and it replies to *IDN?
