Mystery Part  What is it?

While salvaging a board marked as an Auto Focus Servo I came across this component the likes of which I have never seen before. It is marked with the following numbers: 16 0M 9330SMI. It is identified as Y1 on the print layer of the board. It has 2 visible contacts along the edges. I have not removed it yet to see if there are more underneath. The front of the component is clear glass. Inside the window I can see what looks like a golden mirror with two legs that come down and make contacts. This is for my curiosity so it isn't very important but if anyone knows what it is let me know. Photos are attached.

    Hi Peter,

That makes it twice as old as my guess which was an estimate of the age of the piece of equipment it was in.
