  • I understand everyone has their priorities at work, but if a member has a need for advice on what T&M equipment to get, that waiting 2-3 weeks for an answer seems excessive. For example, if I have a contract to design a custom DC-DC Converter and ask advice on the make and model of T&M equipment I might need, it wouldn't go over real well with my customer to tell them, sorry, there's a 2-3 week delay in the project to wait for an answer on what equipment model I should buy. 

    To be clear, I'm not complaining. This is merely a friendly suggestion and I hope it's not taken the wrong way.

    Hi, . The idea is that these experts are available for 2-3 weeks to answer your questions as a time frame but they will make sure they get back to you ASAP. After 3 weeks new experts will be available to answer questions in their area of expertise. Hope this helps.
