Qi Sniffer software downloads not working

I purchased a Qi Sniffer, and I’m trying to download the software (Qi Development System Installer v1.3.3029 (64-bit) (zip)) from /products/devtools/product-pages/w/documents/21512/qi-sniffer-v1-2 but the download links do not work. Please help.
