ol Dho804 Oscilloscope, but there is a problem, I connect the attached power supply to the 220 v power source and turn it on but the display stays black and no boot to the operating system, What should I do?

    Was this the original power supply you received with the device? If not, have you looked at the manual/datasheet for the oscilloscope to see what voltage and amps it requires from the power supply?

    Yes, it i the original power supply, I read the manual to see what voltage and amps it requires from the power supply, it is 12v 4A

    Yes, but it is the charger that comes with the device.

    Interesting.  The manual I read said it needs 15V 3A.  I don't know where table 4.1 came from, can you double check you are looking at the correct manual?  This power supply cannot deliver 4A, only 3A  (or 3.25 at 20V) so if you are right, then it's the wrong power supply.

    The newer dated manual, from their website, has the table I show below.  If your instance requires 12V 4A then you have the wrong power supply.  I suggest that you check with Rigol customer support.  Did you buy it from them?

    I upload the DHO800_UserGuide_EN manual, This power supply has Type C terminal.
