I finally received completely free, after Custom clearance, the Challenger's Kit worth USD $427.45 (= 35,360.815 Indian Rupees) sponsored by AMD + Shipping + Custom delivered duty paid (DDP) charges, through Newark Electronics/Element14. This particular kit is given freely to 20 challengers worldwide with the other kit given to 50 challengers worldwide.
Invoice
Note : I have changed only this invoice with signature masked on 15 Aug. 2023. At the time of posting this blog, I was in dilemma whether I should mask signature or not but I did not liked someone else cutting signature but it also do not look good revealing signature. Hence after 2.5 months (approx), I have removed original invoice and replaced with masked signature.
As usual, even this receiving of kit got stuck in some drama, which can be read in forum titled Board shipment Delay. This can be read here, Board shipment Delay .
At the time of submitting proposals,I was expecting only board Ultra96-V2 and I doubted whether power supply would be given or not. It can be read here

But besides main board Ultra96-V2 (AES-ULTRA96-V2-G ), I got three more small boxes which are also AMD sponsored essential hardware products
- 96Boards 4A Supply (AES-ACC-U96-4APWR ) 12V, 4A
- Ultra96 USB-to-JTAG/UART Pod (AES-ACC-U96-JTAG )
- 96Boards Click Mezzanine Starter Kit (AES-ACC-U96-ME-SK )
Before I explain the unboxing, kit contents and basic connectivity, I need to buy cables as there were not with the kit as compared to Minized kit which include micro usb cable.
1) Cables, I purchased from market.
Micro USB cable is not given in Ultra96-V2, so purchased it. Those who want to connect to DisplayPort monitor will need display port cable. I have explained these cables in "Unboxing: Ultra96-V2 box" video.
Two more cables are left to be bought but were not available and I wont buy display port cable, so only 1 more cable I need to buy (I will show in blog3).
2) Delivered box
All contents of kit together (thermocol and back cardboard placed , for view)
The kit is powerful, awesome but it do not include cables and this is a drawback.
3) Unboxing : AES-ACC-U96-4APWR Power Supply, 12V, 4A,
