I already have Vivado 2019.1 installed. Can I install Vivado 2021.1 and keep the old one?
I dont know, may be you can but it takes lot of space.
My single installation is 218.2 GB with few GB I escaped in installations.
If you are going to add on stuff, it takes additional 10- 30 GB.

Yes, you can install multiple versions Vivado. However, make sure Linux version is supported for the Vivado version to ve installed by AMD/Xilinx if you plan to use virtual machine or Ubuntu.
