To make sure that the computer itself works, start by turning up the contrast. If that does not work, unplug the hard drive SCSI Cable. The Mac should show a floppy with a blinking question mark. If so, then the hard drive is the problem. If not, then the analog board for the CRT has failed or the Logic board has failed
I have a modded classic with a RaspberryPi inside with a LCD screen. I would love to have some help modding the RaspberryPi to make it look like it is running the old Mac OS.... Please PM me if you have any suggestions.

You don't need a boot floppy to boot a Mac Classic. If you have the Mac's keyboard, just turn it on and hold down Command-Option-X-O (the Command key is the one with the Apple). Every Mac Classic had a boot disk embedded in ROM, complete with System 6.0.3, as a sort of easter egg.
