ON/OFF CONTROLLER"SLG4G42480V" is on board.

I have searched Its datasheet through web, but I cannot find it.

So, please tell me where the datasheet is.

And it seems difficutl to buy.

Can it be replaced with other parts?

It is a programmable device which we custom designed for Ultra96-V2. Please read this blog for more information.

You can buy this as a pre-programmed part, but the MOQ is 3K. However, you can work with your local Avnet FAE to have proto quantity samples provided to you.
