BBot! A remote controlled robot that talks, sees and serves drinks at the pool! And is hilarious! This open source robot design is based on the BeagleBone Black micro embedded Linux computer and has a low cost FPGA cape attached.

Hi Drew, John, DAB & Al,

Have a look at our High-Speed USB FPGA module aes220 [1].

It physically fits nicely between the Beaglebone extension ports and a simple interface cape is currently being tested.

The Beaglebone and aes220 can already communicate via the USB [2] but the cape will connect the GPMC pins too so communication / programming between the two will be very flexible.

Also the aes220 can be stacked up so you could have a beaglebone attached to two or more FPGA boards all still individually accessible.
