suggesting that maybe if the OP read all the way through, he might (or might not) find what he was looking for.
But you were actually a lot more helpful than that. Your link goes directly to the section on Regulatory Compliance Documents:
using a URL fragment link:
http://elinux.org/Beagleboard:BeagleBoneBlack#Regulatory_Compliance_Documents
But unfortunately, E14 strips the fragment (part starting with #) when it displays links.
If you want the reader to see that you are being helpful, you can prevent fragment stripping
by toggling into the html editor (using the <html> option on the menu bar),
pasting the link, then toggling back.
That's how I made the unstripped link above.
