I also noticed this today as well, I've asked if we're going to carry and sell this board, with any accessories.
Early discussions on groups about it are whether or not it's as open source as it claims to be, and what documentation's available.
The capabilities of it look sufficiently scalable, running in a kind of basic mode you can probably use the board 'as is' but getting it to do anything intensely heavy and you'll need added cooling or something to wick away the thermal properties.
