Kit Overview

The StellarisRegistered LM3S811 Evaluation BoardLM3S811 Evaluation Board is both a compact and versatile evaluation platform for the Stellaris LM3S811LM3S811 ARMRegistered CortexTm-M3-based microcontroller, and an In-Circuit Debug Interface (ICDI) for any Stellaris microcontroller-based target board. Measuring just 3.5 inches by 1.5 inches, this board allows users to evaluate, prototype, and create application-specific designs.

The heart of the EVB is a Stellaris LM3S811LM3S811 ARMRegistered CortexTm-M3 microcontroller. The LM3S811-IQN50-C2LM3S811-IQN50-C2 offers 64 KB flash memory, 50-MHz operation, a 4-channel ADC, and a wide range of peripherals. The LM3S811LM3S811 microcontroller is factory programmed with a quickstart demo program. The quickstart program resides in the LM3S811-IQN50-C2LM3S811-IQN50-C2 on-chip flash memory and runs each time power is applied, unless ICDI mode is in use, or the quickstart has been replaced with a user program.

The evaluation kits contain all cables, valuation version of the Keil software tools, and documentation needed to develop and run applications for Stellaris microcontrollers easily and quickly.
