Kit Overview
The STM32-Primer2 (STM3210E-Primer) is an innovative, low-cost evaluation and development package that is designed to provide a fun and easy introduction to the features of the STM32 with ARM Cortex-M3 core.
The STM3210E-PRIMERSTM3210E-PRIMER from Raisonance are a uniquely fun, easy, low-risk solution for exploring and developing applications for the STM32 ARM Cortex-M3 core-based microcontrollers. When running the applications, the Primers can operate in standalone mode powered by a battery (with power management circuit on the Primer2), which is recharged via the USB connection with a host PC.
The Primers include everything that users need to better understand the STM32’s peripheral implementation and operation. Start exploring the power of the STM32 by playing with the included applications. The STM32-Primer2’s ergonomic design with MEMS-based controls (navigate by tilting the tool left, right, backward or forward), touch-screen backlit LCD display, a joystick, 4 menu push buttons, CAN and IrDA a MicroSD memory card slot and an hardware audio codec with microphone/speaker/headphones interface provide fun and easy control of the included demonstration firmware that includes graphical user interface and games based on the resources of the STM32 microcontroller.
It offers even more flexibility to evaluate a range of STM32 microcontrollers and STM8L ultralow power line microcontrollers, using the same EvoPrimer base with interchangeable target boards (to test different microcontrollers) or extension boards. It includes features for dynamic loading and management of new applications. All firmware, demos (C sources and projects) and more future applications are available for free download at the STM32-Primer2 dedicated site.
Key Applications: Motor drives and application control, Medical and Handheld equipment, Industrial applications, PLCs, inverters, printers, and scanners, Alarm systems, video intercom, HVAC and Home audio equipment. | ||||||||||||
