If you're a newcomer looking for a free PCB CAD package then it is worth considering a different package, e.g. KiCad. For a 50-minute quick-start training guide, see here: KiCad 6 Unofficial Quick Start Training / Guide Video

That video is suitable for both KiCad 7 and KiCad 6 (there's not much difference between the two for getting up-to-speed with KiCad, so you can download KiCad 7 but still follow the KiCad 6 video).
