eagle use library

Question

hello,

I want to design a supply symbol ( -3v3 ) but without use a package when I integrated it in my board , but eagle can't because it didn't had a package so anyone know how I can do ? or if there is library already do ?

Have you checked the "supply1" and "supply2" libraries? They provide a
selection of such symbols. Granted there isn't the specific one you're
after but a bit of copy-paste-edit will address that.

If the pin direction of your pin in the symbol is set to SUPPLY you won't

need a package.
