I have used a ULP to check connections on all ICs, connectors, res, and caps, but have missed placed it. I found the output format very helpful, html. I have looked through the ULP download section at cadsoft with no luck, any help would be appreciated.

you are absolutely right.... Sorry, I did not realize that Cy wrote about HTML and not about HPGL...
The only ULP I know about is part2htm.ulp that outputs a partlist in HTML format.
