ULP connect check to HTML

Former Member
Former Member over 15 years ago

I have used a ULP to check connections on all ICs, connectors, res, and caps, but have missed placed it. I found the output format very helpful, html. I have looked through the ULP download section at cadsoft with no luck, any help would be appreciated.

    Cy,

I am not sure what your problem exactly is, but it is possible to output HPGL with the help of the CAM Processor.

    Perhaps this helps.

    Regards,

    Richard

HTML and HPGL are pretty different.

HTML is, basically, a web page, and HPGL will be a plotter output.

I think Cy wants to view the report in a web browser.

    Hi Jason,

you are absolutely right.... Sorry, I did not realize that Cy wrote about HTML and not about HPGL...image

The only ULP I know about is part2htm.ulp that outputs a partlist in HTML format.

    Regards,
    Richard

Yes I have seen the part2html, cute little app. I have used a ULP, now that I think about it, likely parsed a netlist and put the output into html. I was able to check all signals and there connections, very handy.
