You can pre-order from the Farnell Export site (http://export.farnell.com). The Raspberry Pi is on the front page. I'm in Canada but it's not clear if it will ship from the UK. The invoice suggests it may ship from http://www.newark.com. Either way I expect it to be close to Easter before it arrives!
Well I have paid for one using the Australian Element14 website, it is now on backorder, with a 38 day lead time, which may or may not be accurate.

Arun, If you are in a EU country and you don't have a VAT number then VAT is added automatically. Australia adds GST, but the system is different to the European one, don't know about the US or Canada.
