Well I have paid for one using the Australian Element14 website, it is now on backorder, with a 38 day lead time, which may or may not be accurate.

Arun, If you are in a EU country and you don't have a VAT number then VAT is added automatically. Australia adds GST, but the system is different to the European one, don't know about the US or Canada.
I've just been looking at the India website, it seems to be similar to the Australian one, if you are not a company and don't need an account you can pay by credit card, and E-14 adds on sales tax, just leave the sales tax box blank.
