i was thinking of using an old school gameboy... will involve some craftyness but i can see it workin plus its 80s ha an cheep i think i know wher a few are now free....

I think it's better to embed it in the display. Looks better without all the cables getting in and out of the keyboard.

I really want Marco's case. I'm under the impression, though, that no one is 100% certain if his design will fit a real-world Pi yet. Am I right on this?

Yes, I too like the look of Marco's design, and look forward to it going into production.

As you say though, I don't think that he has been able to get hold of an actual production model yet (hardly surprising really!) to check it all out.
