Bud Industries has introduced the BG-32618 Board Ganizer which is a fold & flatten enclosure that is designed for use with developmen boards & microcontrollers.  (GIF below shows folding and unfolding.) It can work with anything from RaspberryPi to Olimex to Freescale Freedom Boards to Arduinos and Beagle Boards.  It was created as a way to organize a work bench and let the user combine and mix boards with no need for additional hardware or aligning the footprint of the different boards. The sides have plenty of space for most boards and have the boards attach to it using specially developed adhesive backed rubber feet.  It is made out of a smoke colored durable ABS and allows the user to assemble up to 4PCBs and shields. Plus when you are done for the day you can fold it up into a 5x5x3.5" enclosure without having to undo any of the wiring. Click here for the Product LinkProduct Link
