How about posting confirmation numbers when people receive their R-Pi's. That should give us some idea of expected delivery time.
Example: My Conf # is 191353. I saw a post that 160xxx has received his. That gives me about 31K to go.

Got mine. 1677xx ordered 2/29 @ 10am gmt+5 from US. Came UPS on 5/29.
Stupid question maybe, but when did you get charged?
I ordered my Pi 2nd April - Ref 176xx. I was getting a bit worried as I'd not had any further updates since 27th April, but after reading this forum I'm not too concerned about the timescale for delivery

I can confirm that I only got charged when it shipped. (...with Newark, anyway.)
Likewise. There were some pending charges along the way; $1 when I originally placed the order (standard by some merchants to verity account) and the day it shipped (Newark - USA) they did a pending charge followed the next day or two by the actual charge. But no actual charge until after the item shipped.
Hello, I ordered on March 19th, 2012 from Newark, USA and until recently had the August ship date. They changed the estimated delivery date to June 18th and now I just looked and it is Jun 28th. ??? My order confirmation number is 279933. I don't know why they decided to move the back order expected delivery date by 10 days??? Waiting this long is becoming a drag!!! They need to get their act together and ramp up production!

It is encouraging to read replies on here from Customer Support, but I assume that you are only dealing with Newark customers in America.
I am in the UK and placed an order with Element14 there on 7th March, but my line status is still only showing as 'received' and I have still not received any information as to when I can expect delivery.
Despite emailing Jenny in the UK, I have not received a reply, so I would very much appreciate it if you could help, or let me know someone who can!
