I placed an order for a Raspberry Pi back in April, I received an order number in an email, yet I have received no more information, or emails about my order, nor can I see it in my order history. Any help would be great.

I am in the same boat as the OP.
I ordered on the 3rd April, got the confirmation email, and nothing since then.
As suggested on here, I contacted them via twitter, and DM'd them with the order details. Over a week later I haven't heard anything back from them.
Just PM'd customer support on here, hopefully the response will be better on here.
I emailed the sales email address at the bottom of the order confirmation and got a reply yesterday (took two days - but they are dealing with lots of desparate Pi people!) and my despatch date is 26th June.
Be polite and I'm sure that you'll get a response... and don't forget to tell them your ORP number.

I work in call center-sales environment and I know is frustrating for everyone.
But there are far too many parties involved RS, Rasp pi Foundation, Farnell.
when you try to track what's happenig you will be going back and forward like a ping pong ball.
At least you have dispatch info. I am still waiting.
I've sent 2 private messages to Customer Support and as yet no reply - I ordered and got an acknowledgment on 01/04/2012
All I've had since is the generic statement stating by end of June.
What I did was actually click on the email link at the bottom of the email confirmation (with the reference number). This goes to the sales dept who responded to my query within 48 hours giving me the despatch date.
