I ordered my RPi on Feb 3rd - confirmed by Farell same day.
Got a couple of emals announcing delays - last one on Apil 27th said:
Having successfully passed its CE compliance testing, we can now confirm that your Raspberry Pi will be delivered in the week commencing 04/06/2012.
After that - silence.
Yesterday I checked the status of my order - and found it was cancelled!
No explanation, no alert to me by email, text or phone call.
I've been in the electronics biz 30 years. Dealt with Farnell in my College days as I happens.
Never have I cancelled a customer order order without alerting them, discussing it, sorting out whatever problem existed.
So what gives, Farnell? Run out of my size in the promised T-shirt or something??
