I purchased a Logitech K400 wireless keyboard and track pad. It uses a single USB port and worked perfectly out-of-the box. No software was needed. It is small and compact. No more cords running across my desk. Love it.

I concur with Mel's sentiments about the Logitech keyboard. Nice sized keyboard, uses a USB plug-in (so be prepared to map for that) but the unit is truly plug and PLAY! The battery life, depending on usage, can go as long as 6 months, since it auot-shuts off after a while.
A quick note - As you set up your Pi, you will get to keyboards and as you scroll down, pick the Logitech 350 which is included on the list. It aligns perfectly with this unit so you can get the keyboarding out of the way quickly and get to the good stuff!
Thanks for the tip. Since its already in the keyboard list it should work great.
