Finally, Windows 10 for Rpi2.

Is this a joke or i didn't understand correct. "We have provided a utility to provision your SD card with the Windows 10 IoT Core Insider Preview. The following steps can only be executed on a system running Windows 10 (build 10069 or higher)".
Why should it be, it says in the list of pre-requisites that you need:
A PC running Windows 10 Insider Preview
MS aren't going to provide Linux tools.
The Preview for a PC appears to be free:
Download Windows 10 Insider Preview ISO - Microsoft Windows

"The following steps can only be executed on a system running Windows 10 (build 10069 or higher)".this means that if u want to install windows 10 in a SD card and use it to a raspberry u have to do it with a windows 10 pc. which means that if i have a windows 7 or windows 8 pc cant do it. which means that i have t buy a new pc. if i am wrong please correct me.
Well you are not far wrong - you can't do it with Windows 10 running on a VM but you could get away with only buying an additional disk drive rather than a whole PC. To be fair to MS we are at the very early days of this project - I'm sure that RPi ready SD card images will become available at some time.
There's an article that describes why it's like this at:
