Can I initially SSH directly onto my raspberry Pi to configure and install OpenElec?

Newbie Here,

I have got my OpenElec disk image on my SD card but have not completed first set-up. Can I use PuTTY (with SSH) to remotely log on to my raspberry pi and complete the config and set up remotely/headless

Much appreciate your help

You should be able to - just open a putty session - Ive screen shot my setup below

Thanks for that
I have tried (with my credentials) it but it pops up with "Network error: Connection refused". I know i have the correct IP
I have literally put openelec onto the SD and this is the first boot.
