raspberry display touch screen configuration

AbysSquaaa

Hello,
I have a raspberry pi3 b+ connected via an AWM cable with a 7 inch raspberry display. I have a devuan OS present on the raspberry with which I launch an x server (startx) to then launch software with an interface. I would like my screen to be touch-sensitive. How do I configure it so that it is?

I know the official raspberry pi OS detects and the touch interface works out of the box.

I'm guessing it's something with that OS that you're using.

You should see the documentation for that OS .

I can't know, but I will see anyb documentation for X regarding touch interfaces.

Are you sure it's being detected?

Have you tried, for sake of dismissing hardware problems and to confirm it's a software issue, use the official raspberry pi OS and see if it works? Just try it
