That's a custom kit. The entire kit isn't one order code, it's actually at least three, which will get you a large subset of it:
All three of those links are on the right side of the page /products/roadtest/rt/roadtests/561/mps_magnetic_angle_p#pifragment-4106=9&pifragment-4100=4
Once you have all three of those items, then you'll have the majority of the kit described on that page. However, you may also need a microcontroller board (e.g. Arduino Mega is suggested), and also a RS485 adapter board, which can be MAX485 based if you're using a 5V microcontroller board (like Arduino Mega), such as this one: https://www.waveshare.com/rs485-board-5v.htm if you find you need programmable control of the motor (I needed that capability).
Note that you'll also need to create a mount for the MA732, this is not part of the order codes above, plus a magnet (ideally a recommended one! [diametrically magnetised] - see the datasheet). A mount could be 3D printed. It is really dependent on your application, what kind of mount you use.
99 percent of the information you may need is likely in all the roadtest reviews if not in the datasheet, since it was quite deeply roadtested.
