I am trying to install TMCL-IDE for windows. I am getting this error. Please help me in solving it.

Which driver board to select and what HW ID to set.
Do you mean this one ?

Perhaps need to consider resolving this first before jumping ahead to the Wizard Pool ?
There appears to be a separate tool
that can configure the bootloader independently of the one built into TMCL-IDE
https://www.analog.com/en/resources/app-notes/an-2601.html
If nothing else, the following two commands look like they could give useful information:
Command: inspect chip
Command: inspect config
This may be relevant

and may explain why it isn't showing in TMCL-IDE device tree on the Linux version.
This may be an issue as you don't really want to commit to using the OTP just yet, and looks like the config data is lost if the board is power cycled/reset.
But what about driver board. Which driver board should I select.
For motion control which board to select TMC9660-3PH-EVKIT(BOOT) or TMC9660-3PH-EVKIT(PARAM)
It looks like it turns red once the motor supply voltage reaches an acceptable threshold but it's the type of behaviour that would be best verified by referring to the user documentation for the TMCL-IDE.
I am able to get red signal on on the software and fault signal of in the driver board. Know how to start the motor and allow it to rotate.
