I am trying to install TMCL-IDE for windows. I am getting this error. Please help me in solving it.

Hmm, it says 'TMCL-IDE (Win32)', not sure whether this runs under a 64bit Windows...
but from what I found when looking for 'SystemParametersInfoForDpi' is that it needs a relatively new Win10.
