I'm not sure what you are asking, but assuming you want to see the resulting speed waveform after programming a trapezoidal speed profile...
You may be able to capture the drive signal and process it to show the trapezoidal waveform. If the drive signal is PWM a low pass filter might recover the trapezoid.
Another way to do this is to connect an analog speed sensor to the motor and view its output on the scope.
A small DC motor can be used as a generator - turning it into a crude analog speed sensor - you just need to couple the sensor motor shaft to the motor-under-test.
I want to check output of UVW pins of TMC9660 driver board using oscilloscope. I would like to know how to check it.

These signals are available on J203 (labeled: MOTOR)
Set your probe to x10, and probe either the connection points, or the probe points.
Where to place the GND pin of oscilloscope.
You could solder a wire loop to the GND test pad and use that, or you could add an extra, short length of wire to the GND on the input supply connector and use that. Make sure whatever you improvise is secure - it's always a shame to lose a nice board to a ground clip dragging across it when it's powered up.
