GIZMO 2GIZMO 2 is the second generation open source x86 development board presented by GizmoSphere. Gizmo 2 provides the power of a high performance computer and the I/O capabilities of a microcontroller through the use of an AMD Embedded G-Series System-on-Chip (SOC). The board includes the AMD GX-210HA dual-core processor, combined on a single die with AMD Radeon HD 8210E discrete-class graphics, providing 85 GFLOPS performance while drawing only 9 watts TDP.
Gizmo 2 is among the highest performing Open Source x86 development boards available, providing a wealth of leading features and capabilities including an HDMI dedicated port, an mSATA port for connecting SSDs and a microSD card slot.
Key Applications: Gizmo 2 can be used in do-it-yourself (DIY) designs, embedded development, PC replacement, microcontroller applications, parallel processing, multi-core engineering, industrial control and automation, digital signage, electronic gaming systems, SMB storage, IP-TV, medical and network appliances, set-top boxes and more. Any type of application that would require high processing power, high graphics performance, and the ability to control external objects (relays, motors, lights, etc) as well as take inputs from many types of sources (sensors, keyboard, Internet)

I would really like this well its a OK entry in gaming.. And a good entry in daily usage. Would love to make a case for that stick an touch screen on it.. I think that would be awesome.. The best idea i got is an Uni-Console.
There r emulators for almost every console out there with windows and kodi's (Rom Collection Browser) This could be an nice Uni-Console and run a whole lot emulators compared to the Raspberry Pi.(Ain't added media centre feature of kodi cuz the RPi has that feature..)Chking if the gfx card supports 4K that would be jst AWESOME..

Yay!!!
I'm so looking forward to using the Gizmo2 for a retro games console project; Along the way, there'll be regular blog posts detailing how the project is progressing and hopefully will be complete…
Looking forward for this retro gaming console.
Btw, I got my board and started playing with it. Will give an update soon...
