Detailed Review:
I was very privileged to RoadTest the PA1000 Power Analyser and found that it is a fantastic tool and I use it nearly everyday for a variety of different purposes.
It frees up my CRO and other test equipment and makes testing and designing power supplies much safer than other methods.
When coupled with an Isolation Transformer, Variac and electronic load it makes the perfect combination.
I also use it to test the behaviour of existing equipment and determine whether they are behaving properly.
The logging feature is great for observing standby and operating behaviour.
It's inbuilt frequency analysis histograms make it very easy to identify potential issues.
