Yes that is right, i was thinking about using a software on pc like SSCOM but i only knew about it today and to get USB TO RS485 Converter, and connect the pins of this adapter to the (A and B) of the IC, Then i connect the output pins of the IC to another USB TO RS485 Converter which is connected to a different USB port or even different pc , I do not know if this is stupid or not it is just what i thought about and no idea if it works. but i am looking for any way to test this IC.
It looks like you are doing something that's right. Connect two serial logic devises to each other via two RS-485 drivers. In my experience, that has always worked, if the logic devices have the same settings, and the drivers are connected correctly. RS-485 is a standard and the devises that claim to support it, usually do.
What is going wrong in your case?
Well the thing is i am not sure if it will work or not so i was asking before i buy the converters cuz it is not easy to get them here so if i will get them it must be worth is, And i still do not know what to do with the other pins of the IC. still looking for answers.
You can see the datasheet and this application note

I have used rs-485 communications to communicate with point of sale terminals and access control terminal from PCs. Normally using an rs-485 card or an USB dongle. From the PC it appears as a virtual serial port, it depends on the driver that you have been provided.
I don't understand very well what you want to do.
i see that useful thanks, what i want to do is to test if the ic is wotking or not, I am a maintenence engineer and for devices that have communication fault we cant be so sure if that ic (MAX458) for example is faulty , an so i am looking for a way to test the ic itself.
