And last but not leased another member of this forum made a PCB preview ( PCB not complete and needs redesign )

it seems the bottom right corner of the original has 4 IGBTs in parallel which are used for PFC, not really critical if higher amps IGBTs used.

Another thing is I will attempt to measure the threshold value of Vge for main IGBTs. Will publish when I'm done, so we can compare with FGL40N120 on schema above.

Have you checked Diode on PM?

Make sure in power line you put 300W light bulb to prevent damage.

What IGBT you replaced with the damaged Q4 IGBT on the PowerModule and I'm confused about Mosfet that you mentioned IRF640... where it was replaced?  Did you solder wires to damaged IGBT through side of the PM and placed new one outside somehow? Can we ask you for a picture on how it's done? 

Wondering what happened to C11 C18, are they shorted? or replaced due to high ESR?

Also, found that's your K25N120H3 should be a great fit instead of a burned IGBT except that they are in TO-247 case, and too large... unless you placed it as an external.

They are Infinion design full name - IKW25N120H3 w/ 1200v 25A(hot) to 50A(normal), handle up to 100A for short time. And they have an excellent Vce saturation, only 2.05V! So, lot less size radiator is needed for them. Two in parallel would perfectly replace what is needed on a new replacement board.

The only problem is a large size of TO-247. If anybody comes across similar but n smaller packaging please share.

So we know 1 bank of IGT's has damage.... to be more correct  1 IGBT has problem  ( the one you cut out )

Lets isolate that entire bank of "damaged"  iGBT's  site, by placing isolation type between PM and PCB.

Also may I ask what type of IGBT's you have on hand? Could you please take a pic and post it here?

Texas doesn't work unfortunately.

In Miller Dynasty 200 DX PC10 (boost board) I replace all originals (3 qty.) with CD4093BE, works perfectly.
